Choose relevant information
A phone can prepare a well-organized application if content, format, and delivery are checked separately. Start with your name, a contact method you control, skills, and relevant experience. Describe actual tasks, tools, and results. If you lack work experience, identify personal projects as practice rather than claiming employment that never happened.
Check the exported file
Use one column, clear headings, and text readable without excessive zooming. Export a PDF if requested, then reopen it. Check the filename, blank pages, links, and contact details. Avoid identity numbers, full home addresses, or family data without a clear legitimate need. Keep each submitted version so you know what the recruiter received.
A catalog application example
Prepare five fictional products with names, categories, and descriptions. Label them as practice, not client data. Explain your ability to organize tables and check naming consistency in a brief message. Submit through the official channel, record the date, and follow the vacancy instructions. Before sending, ask a trusted person to spot unclear wording or typing errors.
